L'inarra was sitting on the bed provided for her and Lucifer. Her hair was loose about her face, dark against her pale skin. No jewels were surronding her, only a simple night sift with a pale green colour. Sitting up off of the bed she grabbed a beaded scarf, slinking it about her shoulders, giving her a little more cover than she currently had. Bare feet walked on the cold marble that laced the entire city that they were in. L'inarra passed many gaurds who only gave her head nods and curt smiles before they returned about their duties.
It seemed that the dead of night was quite literally that, the dead. Her soft hands brushed the walls as she made her way to Melis's chamber. Lucifer was nowhere to be found and L'inarra had found herself quite lonely. She never dreamed that she would see so little of her darling husband when she traveled with him. She had barely seen him throughout most of their trip. In fact she had seen more of Melis than that of Lucifer. The dark and strong woman had seemed kind to L'inarra. She had found some comfort in the younger womans kindness. That was something L'inarra had lacked through her life. Female companionship. And Melis had put her foot forward with it.
Finding Melis's chamber, with several guards about it, L'inarra looked about them all. Catching one who met her eyes she merely said in a soft voice,"Lady L'inarra Whitcrest to see the Lady Melis..." L'inarra finished, standing tall and proud. She only hoped that she wasn't waking Melis, she highly doubted it however, seeing how young the girl was. L'inarra was mostly sure the Melis would forgive her however, she was ever so sweet...
