Dear Lords and Lady's of the realm,
With the recent outbreak of rebellions and all that is happening in the realm and beyond, I, King Joffrey Baratheon, First of my Name, King of the Andals and the Rhoynar and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm, command every house in the realm to send at least one representative of their clan to king landing in order to demonstrate their loyalty. Representative must be high ranking knights or lords themselves. Houses will be rewarded as I, King Joffrey Baratheon will undertake a full reshuffle of titles awarded by my father, and awarded to better men if there be such a man. Failure to send a representative without a plausible excuse will result in said house being branded a traitor and punishable by death.
