Name: Victoria Wulfgar
Age:24
Place of Birth: Storm's End
Current Place of Residence: Tempest Gate
House: Wulfgar. Sworn to Baratheon service.
Family:
Appearance:
Garb: Victoria is traditionally seen in blues and greens, sporting cloaks, elegant hats and partial or full veils. Of course she couldn't be a Lady without gloves as well. Alternatively if she's sneaking out or trying to blend in with civilans she changes to simple attire, often guising herself as a maid with a hooded cloak, or in more extreme cases as a young lad.
Height:5'5
Weight:100
Personality: Victoria has a rather feisty personality and is overly curious about the world at large. It is the type of personality not becoming of a lady, though that doesn't mean she is without tact. With a vivid imagination, quick witt, and a demonstrated ability to learn, she tends to be a far better listener than her stubborn streak portrays. To go along with her tomboyish ways, as well as her stubbornness, she has a strong sense of pride. Be it in her heritage, herself or her ability to do anything she puts her mind to it, she'll do what it takes to defend it, rising to occassions where she otherwise should humble herself. This results in others being able to get a rise out of her if they pick up on it.
Despite being prone to it, she can become single minded when it comes to objectives given to her. Thus during such incidents she won't be derailed. Unfortunately it also means she can miss certain hints unrelated to her task at the moment.

Storm Defender
Storm Defender is a family heirloom passed down to Victoria from her grandfather. It is his hope that it will protect his granddaughter and when she bares a son, she will be able to pass it down to him. Storm Defender is not taken with Victoria on a regular basis as a result. Only if Victoria is out in dangerous situations will she take with her the long Heater shield. The family logo is embossed on an otherwise reflective shield, meant to give the impression of the sky. This shield was an heirloom entrusted to Victoria by their Grandfather.
Poison 1 - Gaia's liquor: This poison is her primary "weapon". It is found within a cleverly disguised bottle that is worn as a necklace. It is disguised by a figure of a shield, that is similar to Storm Defender, but is a lovely jade. Gaia's liquor is rather transparent and if poured out looks just like mineral oil (which looks like water). Gaia's liquor is only effective when digested or within the bloodstream.
Poison 2 - Venus Kiss: This is contained in a vial which has more vertical length than width. It is worn along the garter belt and is corrosive. This is usually a backup plan and can simply be splashed onto a target to start the effect. It both burns and itches before eventually wearing out, leaving a hole within its wake.
Poison 3 - Tears of Lys: This is a rare and expensive poison, it's clear like Gaia's liquour but is sweet as water and leaves no trace. It is dissolved into liquids. The effects of the poison cause a sickness in the bowels and belly, eating away at them.
Poison 4 - Angel's Touch: This is also contained in a similar vial to Venus Kiss but it's a pitch black. The poison itself is also black, like ink. When Angel's Touch comes into contact with skin, it numbs the spot. This allows for one to not recognize lacerations unless it breaks the skin. Not only does Angel's Touch look like ink but it has a similar smell as well, masking its usage. It can last on a surface for awhile and is often laced into needles or quill pens.
Poison 5 - Pixie Dust: This is a powder dust and is contained in a separate makeup compartment. When inhaled it causes hallucinations and is very rare. The supplier claims it to be from the same source as Tears of Lys, but Victoria isn't so sure.
Antidotes: Victoria possesses the antidotes for each of her poisons. They are often on her person, though matching the antidotes to the bottles of poison is a difficult task for her enemies.
Medical Kit: Though not always on her person, when necessary she carries a bag with medical supplies to treat various illness as well as to treat wounds.
Skills:
Medicine:
Victoria is rather adept with medicine having spent time with her caretaker whom was the family doctor. He indirectly taught her about the various poisons that she'd come to use and how to create antidotes for them, how to give care to injured and sick, as well as the skill necessary to deliver babies.
Acting:
Her second skill lies in her acting ability, which allows her to both read situations, adapt on the fly (improv) and tell lies without batting an eyelash. Though it gets more in-depth when taking into account that she is very good with disguises, taking on roles of townspeople, young lads, and other personalities seen around Westeros.
Seamstress:
Of course not only is she good at wearing these disguises, her skill as a tailor is below professional level tailor, but well enough to repair damaged clothes and make simple commoner clothes with ease.
Tactician:
Lastly, like her older brother she too is trained in military tactics as well as politics, which was often conveyed to her through games, such as chess. This was taught in order for her to run a castle and initiate defensive measures should it be attacked while her future husband is away. Once her Grandfather passed away, she looked to the family Maester to play Chess with and learn more.
Weaknesses: Victoria's primary weakness is her lack of combat training, despite her knowledge of tactics and strategy. This manifests physically as well, sporting a body type more suited for child rearing. Next, as mentioned in her personality, Victoria has a pride issue, especially when it comes to her lack of combat skill.
History:The daughter of Gordon Wulfgar, she was raised to be a fine Lady and future wife of a Lord. Throughout her life it seemed Gordon and Fiona had a little rebel on their hands. She was intelligent, a quick learner, and never one to admit her mistakes. When she acted out, it was up to Mathias her caretaker or Gordon Wulfgar himself to properly discipline her. Both men were very important in her life, as well as her grandfather. Victoria thrived in the company of men, much to the dismay of her mother. However her mother decided to make this a positive spin. Using her caretaker Mathias, she had him accompany her during her lessons, as well as teach her many of her lessons himself. He found that like her brother, reward's stimulated her mind and prevented her rebellious attitude from coming out. The best way to harness this was taught by playing games. Whether she played games with her grandfather, father, or Mathias; through this she was able to gain her understanding of strategy, politics, and what it meant to be a Lady. Victoria's father felt that a Lady of Septa should know how to run a hold if her husband is out, so as not to purely rely on a maester.
Learning of the potential, Victoria was motivated to talk the talk and walk the walk. On days where she was restless, they'd go out on the town. However Mathias didn't want to attract unwarranted attention, so he taught Victoria how to blend in with commonfolk; as well as to observe how they spoke, body language, etc. He realized that she took to this teaching rather well and soon he'd take her to shadow prominent Ladies in the family, as well as those of the Baratheon family. "Rewarding" Victoria this way, caused her ego to grow all the more. Like her brother, she too had to be the best, striving to accomplish this however she could. Then as a woman, she thrived on the attention of her accomplishments more than the accomplishment itself! Unlike her brother, this didn't go unnoticed for years. Experienced had been culled and so they'd try their best to peg Victoria down. This was often achieved by increasing the difficulty of her lessons, or the challenges in games being increased.
Just as with Silas, Victoria's late father sought to balance out his daughter as best he could. He instilled into her a different kind of pride, a pride that cherished and respected the work of ordinary folk, the pride of achieving goals as not just a member of of Wulfgar, but as a citizen in service to the King. Teamwork was something she grasped from her father, though she had fallen to darkness when her father passed. With Silas taking heed of the council, there was hardly any time to spend with him. They grew distant and Victoria had left to spend time with their cousins after the great meal. During Victoria's absence, Silas would prove himself worthy to be Lord and prepare for the defense of Tempest Gate. Meanwhile Victoria herself was gaining knowledge of the world at large. She'd met with many a merchant whom dealt in arms, rare valuables, and more. She obtained two very rare poisons through one such dealer while she herself was out in disguise.
During her outings in disguise, she was forced to act as an impromptu housewife on three occasions, furthering her skills and gaining real world experience. Speaking of official duties, just as their was a feast held to unite the extended families of Wulfgar, Victoria attended feasts with many a family in the Kingdom. During this time, she learned that it would be wise to gain the antidotes to her poisons. She used her time on the road to gather up these antidotes as well as to gain experience with her tools. Of course she's never poisoned anyone at the feasts attended, or any formal event for that matter. The use of her craft was upon criminals and wenches alike. Upon one of her many visits, she gets word of her brother's position in the upcoming war and despite the distance between them, decides to return to their home in order to properly assist.

"I should think you'd know her best or do you not talk when you're beneath the sheets?" Victoria stated to her cousin.
Her shoulders shrugged as she busied herself with a book in hand. Said cousin had asked her about a maid, a maid he secretly (or so he thought) slept with. Amazing what you could learn during a night stroll around a castle! Especially when a candid response evoked a blush upon the boys cheeks.
"You mustn't say a word of this to anyone, especially not mother, that is Aunt Beatrice. Promise me Vic!" it was clear he was desperate, being down on one knee and holding out both his arms to his dear sweet cousin.
She simply raised the book so as to mask the coy grin along her lips. Her eyes simply looked deeply into his own.
There was a moment of thought, amusement clearly evident within her eyes. How would she toy with her cousin? No doubt that such a secret could net her favours. Of course the silence only served to make her cousin, James; sweat.
"I suppose I could keep this secret. Speech is silver but silence is golden after all." at which point she simply closed her book, causing an audible sound as it did.
"So my dear cousin, perhaps you have time on your schedule to take me somewhere...unless I'm interrupting..."
"---Of course Vic, I'll clear my schedule, right now!" he stated as he rose from his position.
Victoria simply smiled, though her attention shifted to the sound of footsteps traversing the hall. Her eyes soon locked on a young woman. Garbed in a simple maroon dress, with a white apron over it, she looked surprised when she noticed the two cousins standing outside her chambers.
"I-is there something I can do for you Master James, Lady Victoria?" considering the blush on James' face only reddened, it was clear to the Wulfgar that this was the maid in question.
"Why yes there is. See to it that my dear cousin is properly attended to and ready to meet me within..." at which point she cusp her chin in thought.
"...Two hours, I'm sure that should be plenty of time, yes?" at which point she winked to both of them before turning on her left heel and walking away elegantly, yet with a smug air.
How embarrassed the maid was, whilst James' fist clenched and shook. There was nothing he could do about this turn of events, except trust his cousin not to gossip. Though of course, when does a woman not gossip if it doesn't concern herself?

Any plans in mind for the character? Since Victoria was groomed to be the wife of a Lord, that allows for relationship possibilities and bitter betrayals. Victoria will mingle with many Nobles of the Great Houses and their branches, able to assassinate high level targets upon getting close to them. (Like an Economic Hitwoman haha!)
